REFUND POLICY
Last updated November 3, 2026
Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-time seven (7) day free trial. A valid credit card or other accepted payment method is required to begin the free trial. No subscription charge will be made during the trial period, although a temporary authorization hold may appear on your payment method to verify its validity. Any such hold is not an actual charge and will be released automatically by your financial institution.
At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid monthly or yearly plan unless canceled beforehand. If no valid payment method is available when the trial ends, the subscription will automatically be canceled.
The free trial is limited to one per person. We reserve the right to deny or terminate a free trial if we reasonably believe a user is attempting to obtain multiple trials through multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or other means.
Refunds
Subscription payments are nonrefundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where a billing error has occurred.
Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before a charge is incurred if they do not wish to continue paid service after the free trial or before a subsequent renewal.
Cancellations and Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected monthly or yearly billing cycle unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund or credit for amounts already paid.
